As a team, we strive to create a strong class community. We believe our classroom should be a caring community of learners, a place where students feel safe to take risks and encourage one another to do their personal best. Lisa Campbell 

I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and I love country music. I’m married and have a daughter who now lives in Chicago. I began my teaching career in 2004, and I’m excited to be teaching 5th grade this year. I’m passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential as they navigate the academic and personal growth that comes with a new school year. Outside of the classroom, I’m an avid runner and truly value the power of laughter. A few things that bring me joy are pranks, inspiring quotes, jalapeños, and boots!

 Jackie Holt

Ms. Holt spends much of her time with her two energetic and rambunctious kids, Jenna and Cayden. She chauffeurs them to Irish dance, basketball, violin, and soccer practices.  Summers and vacation times are spent in Ft. Myers, Florida, and at the swimming pool. She feels it is important for her to volunteer at both her church and the Shamrock Foundation. Ms. Holt has been teaching for over 24 years and loves teaching 9 and 10 year-olds.

Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education at University of North Carolina

Morgan Nauert

Mrs. Nauert began teaching at APS in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys watching other sporting events like volleyball and football and loves spending time with family and friends. She married her husband, Tommy, in the summer of 2024 and they have a spoiled black lab named Roscoe. Mrs. Nauert loves to travel and has been to 18 countries and 26 states. She is a huge fan of Broadway musicals and is always singing show tunes!
