Hi, I’m Amber Elder, and I absolutely love being a first grade teacher! I hold a Rank I certification with endorsements in K–5 Regular Education and K–12 Special Education. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Teaching (Elementary), and a Master of Education in Learning and Behavior Disorders—all from Bellarmine University. I’m passionate about working with young learners and feel so lucky to spend each day helping them grow. Outside of school, I enjoy time with my husband, Brian, who’s also my high school sweetheart, and our amazing son, Aiden.

I am originally from Lexington, Kentucky. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and received my Master of Education from Indiana Wesleyan in 2008. I have a passion for teaching and love to engage students in learning. I am married to Anthony and have two boys (Caiden and Chance). In my free time, I love to cook, be outside, cheer on the Wildcats, and read! I am excited to be a teacher here in Anchorage and a part of this amazing community!
Brooke Noon
My husband and I are the proud parents of our two teenage sons and are entertained daily by our canine companion, Oakley! I enjoy spending time with family and friends, love to attend sporting events, and enjoy dining out. I am entering my 24th year of teaching! I am thrilled to be returning to the amazing Anchorage school community!
