Meet the Team
Welcome to Fourth Grade!
The fourth-grade team would like to welcome you! In 4th grade, students switch classes for ELA, math, science, and social studies. This means that students will have four fourth-grade teachers. Ms. Campbell teaches math, Ms. Durham teaches ELA, Ms. Holt teaches social studies, and Ms. Noon teaches science. Each of us will also teach a portion of ELA in our homeroom. Students will be practicing the Claim, Evidence (CER) format in all subject areas. Throughout the fourth-grade year, students will strive to increase their independent problem-solving skills. These skills will help them grow into confident analytical thinkers who are energized by challenges!
Jackie Holt
Ms. Holt spends much of her time with her two energetic and rambunctious kids, Jenna and Cayden. She chauffeurs them to Irish dance, basketball, violin, and soccer practices. Summers and vacation times are spent in Ft. Myers, Florida, and at the swimming pool. She feels it is important for her to volunteer at both her church and the Shamrock Foundation. Ms. Holt has been teaching for over 24 years and loves teaching 9 and 10 year-olds.

Lisa Campbell
I grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and I love country music. I am married, and I have a daughter. I began my teaching career in 2004. My grade of choice is 4th because I really enjoy the major jump that I see as students develop into abstract thinkers and independent problem solvers during this year. I am an avid runner, and I highly value laughter. Some things that I adore are puns, quotes, hot sauce, and boots.
Melissa Durham
My name is Melissa Durham, and I am a Louisville native. I received my undergraduate degree at UNC Charlotte, with a double major in Elementary Education and Visual Arts. After graduation, I moved back home to marry my husband, Trevor, and began my teaching career in 2006. Next, I earned a Master's Degree from the University of Louisville in Literacy and secured my National Board Certification in Literacy thereafter.
Trevor and I have been blessed with 3 children; Hayden, Hailey, and Henry. My passion for teaching began in 3rd grade and has not wavered since. I'm so happy to be a part of such a wonderful school as I continue to do what I love!
Brooke Noon
My husband and I are the proud parents of our two teenage sons and are entertained daily by our canine companion, Oakley! I enjoy spending time with family and friends, love to attend sporting events, and enjoy dining out. I am entering my 23nd year of teaching! I am thrilled to be returning to the amazing Anchorage school community!
