To the Citizens and Community Members:
In the interest of transparency and in compliance with Kentucky law, the Anchorage Independent Board of Education is pleased to provide public access to the district’s financial information through this District Financial Disclosures page.
This page was established pursuant to House Bill 67 (Acts Chapter 129, 2026 Regular Session), which amended KRS 160.463 to require each local board of education to maintain a publicly accessible financial disclosure website, linked from the district’s main website, effective August 1, 2026.
The law requires the district to post and maintain five categories of monthly financial reports, along with the Superintendent’s employment contract, the district’s annual audit report, the adopted working budget, and other financial information. All required items are available on this page and will be updated on a regular basis in accordance with the law.
