NOTICE OF RECALLABLE REAL ESTATE TAX RATE
On September 23, 2026, the Anchorage Independent Board of Education adopted a 2026 real estate tax rate of 99.6 cents per $100 of assessed valuation.
Pursuant to KRS 160.470, notice is hereby given that 2.5 cents of the adopted tax rate, representing $160,447.63, is subject to recall.
Information concerning the petition and the requirements necessary to initiate proceedings for recall of the tax rate may be obtained from the Jefferson County Clerk:
